Shipping Policy

• We ship all orders in Australia for a Flat Rate of $9.95 via Australia Post.
• Qualify for free shipping when you spend $100 or more (Australia only).

• Orders will despatch within 1-3 business days of your purchase date.
• You should receive the package within 7 business days of being shipped (Australia only).
• Please make sure your name, shipping/billing address, and all info is correct. Nowea cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control such as service delays, lost packages, or stolen items.
• You will receive an email with your tracking number when your package has been shipped.

• As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email letting you know it's been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number. you can track your parcel at the Australia Post website by entering your tracking number here.
• Please check your tracking number provided from our email sent to you upon your parcel being dispatched. If the tracking states “no events currently found” this may because your parcel has not gone past a scanning point yet.

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your 'junk' mail folder before contacting us.

• If there is a problem with your order or if your order never arrived, please contact us on Instagram @officialnowea or you can head over to our Contact us page with your ORDER NUMBER.
